Marketing Manager (Brand, Product & Community)

Marketing Manager (Brand, Product & Community)

About Torso Electronics

Torso Electronics makes instruments creating and performing music in the now.

Founded in 2018 in Copenhagen, we've shipped two instruments, T1 and S4,  and built a community of artists around the world who share our belief that playfulness and exploration belong in the center of music-making.

We're a small team building an international brand, and we're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager to help shape what comes next.

The Role

This is a hands-on role at the center of our brand, products, and community. You'll own and execute key marketing activities while also contributing strategically – planning campaigns, shaping messaging, and making sure everything we put out feels like Torso.

The role is designed to grow with the company and can evolve into a Marketing Lead position as we scale.

What You’ll Work On

Brand & Product

  • Translate what our instruments does into stories that resonate with musicians and creators
  • Help refine and maintain our tone of voice across all touchpoints
  • Support product launches and campaigns with clear messaging and strong execution
  • Work closely with product and sales to keep a tight loop between what musicians need, what we build, and how we talk about it

Partnerships

  • Identify, approach, and build long-term relationships with artists and creators globally
  • Coordinate collaborations, interviews, and demos
  • Maintain a structured pipeline: outreach, onboarding, follow-ups, and partnership planning

Content Management

  • Own the content pipeline: planning, coordinating, and publishing across channels
  • Manage day-to-day publishing: scheduling, posting, and optimizing content
  • Collaborate with our content team (copy, video, photo) to turn assets into consistent, high-quality output
  • Write strong copy and adapt messaging for each format and channel
  • Own and develop our newsletter: editorial planning, writing, cadence, and performance tracking
  • Own and develop our blog: product stories, learning content, artist features, behind-the-scenes, and announcements
  • Track performance and continuously improve what we put out

Community Management

  • Be present in the community: respond, engage, moderate, and keep the vibe aligned with who we are
  • Support community initiatives, updates, and launch moments
  • Help shape and grow our community spaces – the platforms, the structure, the tone, and the activity

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who cares about brand and product – and has the energy to execute.

You likely recognize yourself in this:

  • You have strong brand instincts and can communicate product value clearly and with taste
  • You're both strategic and hands-on: you can plan a campaign and write the content yourself
  • You're a structured planner with follow-through and attention to detail
  • You thrive in a small company where priorities shift and you wear multiple hats
  • You're into music and tech -  or you are a very fast learner

Experience

  • 2–5+ years in marketing, brand, content, community, partnerships, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience running a content calendar and publishing consistently
  • Experience working with artists, creators, or partners
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English (Danish is a plus, not a requirement)
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with product and sales

Nice to have:

  • Experience in music tech, pro audio, or consumer electronics
  • Basic content skills (editing, simple design, short-form video workflows)
  • Familiarity with newsletter tools and community platforms (Discord, forums, etc.)

What We Offer

  • A creative, focused work environment in Copenhagen
  • A chance to help shape an international brand in music hardware
  • Close collaboration with a small, engaged team across product, content, and sales
  • Real ownership, real responsibility, and room to grow into a Marketing Lead role
  • Competitive salary based on experience

Practical Details

  • Start date: Flexible, ideally between February–April 2026
  • Travel: Up to 10–15 travel days per year (events, collaborations, launches)
  • Location: Copenhagen (with flexibility depending on the candidate)
