Live session
A. Dixen
A. Dixen takes a minimal approach to his live setup, bringing together the S4, T1, Elektron Octatrack, Elektron Model:Cycles, Eventide Space, and Boss DD-500 Digital Delay.
With the S4 as the newest addition, the session focuses on exploring it as an active part of the performance. The T1 acts as the creative centrepiece, structuring and sequencing the connected instruments while leaving space for movement, texture, and live decision-making.
The result is a compact setup shaped around flow, modulation, and the immediate dialogue between instruments.
About A. Dixen
A. Dixen is the project of Copenhagen-based Anders Dixen, drawing from the city’s experimental undercurrents while staying closely connected to the club.
His sound moves through driving UK techno, bass-weighted percussion, dub abstractions, psych-minimalism, and stripped-down rhythmic forms. Across these shifts, a clear thread remains: modular synthesis, analogue experimentation, and an instinctive sense of movement.
Whether shaped by atmosphere, polyrhythm, or straight 4-to-the-floor pressure, A. Dixen’s music follows an adaptive and exploratory approach: always moving forward, and always in search of the next form.
