Position Overview
Torso Electronics is looking for a junior software developer to join our team in creating cutting-edge digital hardware instruments. In this role, you will be a key contributor to both enhancing existing products and developing new instruments with a focus on audio DSP and UI programming. You will work closely with a creative and collaborative team in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance digital hardware instruments.
- Focus on audio DSP and user interface programming.
- Contribute to the C++ codebase.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to bring innovative ideas to life.
Key Qualifications
- Proficiency in modern C++ (C++20).
- Experience in audio DSP and user interface programming.
- Proficiency in the usage of common algorithms and data structures.
- Comfortably applying design patterns in C++ (GoF).
- Experience working with embedded systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with graphics programming (OpenGL).
- Experience with Buildroot/Linux.
